Joey has been a life-long resident of the Edwardsville community. He is the oldest son of Joseph Garwood. Joey was exposed to the business when it began in 1983. He obtained is vast knowledge of the business from his father including his father’s work ethic. He officially joined the company in 1993. Later in 1998, he married Erin (Roderick). Together, they have two children, one boy and one girl. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and working on projects around the house.
Shane has also been a life-long resident of the Edwardsville community. He is the youngest son of Joseph Garwood. Shane grew up in the business and obtained his father’s vast knowledge of working on heating and cooling systems. He also learned a lot about how to run the financial aspect of the business. Shane officially joined the company in 1993. In 2004, Shane married Erin (Keller). Together, they have two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey and shooting trap.
Kytel grew up in Highland and still resides there today. He is married with three children. Kytel received his HVAC certification in 2014.
Erin was born and raised in the Edwardsville community and graduated from Edwardsville High School. She also graduated from SIUE with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s degree in Education. In 1998, she married Joey and became part of the Garwood family. They have two children, one boy and one girl. She began working for the company in 2010 after spending many years in Human Resources/Training in St. Louis. Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Michelle (Erin) Garwood
Erin Michelle joined the family business during the summer of 2019. She married Shane in 2004 and became part of the Garwood family. Together, they have two boys. Erin Michelle holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and was previously employed as a middle school science teacher. Like the rest of the Garwood family, she was raised in the Edwardsville community and attended Edwardsville High School.
