Joey Garwood

Installation Manager

Joey has been a life-long resident of the Edwardsville community. He is the oldest son of Joseph Garwood. Joey was exposed to the business when it began in 1983. He obtained is vast knowledge of the business from his father including his father’s work ethic. He officially joined the company in 1993. Later in 1998, he married Erin (Roderick). Together, they have two children, one boy and one girl. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and working on projects around the house.

Shane Garwood

Service Manager

Shane has also been a life-long resident of the Edwardsville community. He is the youngest son of Joseph Garwood. Shane grew up in the business and obtained his father’s vast knowledge of working on heating and cooling systems. He also learned a lot about how to run the financial aspect of the business. Shane officially joined the company in 1993. In 2004, Shane married Erin (Keller). Together, they have two boys. In his spare time, he enjoys shooting trap.

Erin A. Garwood

Office Manager

Erin was born and raised in the Edwardsville community and graduated from Edwardsville High School. She also graduated from SIUE with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Master’s degree in Education. In 1998, she married Joey and became part of the Garwood family. They have two children, one boy and one girl. She began working for the company in 2010 after spending many years in Human Resources/Training in St. Louis. Erin enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Michelle (Erin) Garwood

Purchasing Manager

Michelle (Erin) married Shane in 2004 and joined the Garwood family. They have two boys. She began working for the company in August of 2019.

Connor Morrison

HVAC Technician

Connor graduated from Edwardsville High School in 2023 and later became a part time HVAC apprentice. In 2025, he graduated from SWIC with an associate’s degree in HVAC and became a full-time employee.
