We have been customers for 35 years. There are very few true family businesses left but this is one. Outstanding work ethic. They respond quickly and the problem is fixed without parts delays or slow repair people. Wonderful caring field techs and very helpful office staff. (Erin and Michelle will always do what they can to trouble shoot. In one case Michelle, took care of our problem by phone and SHE made a quick follow-up visit to our house). This has always been the way it is done since Joe Sr and Barb ran the business. Thank you, Garwood family.

Blower motor failure and replacement, Thermostat testing and replacement. Water heater replacement. Annual inspection of furnace (fall) and AC (spring). I believe pricing is reasonable and fair considering the representative is here when they are supposed to be and ready to work with solutions to any problem found.

When it comes time for a major HVAC replacement or repair, many people want the cheapest. I want the one with the most value for the price. Garwood's will not up-sell you, but will recommend the best solution to address your issue. I like the fact that they are local to where I live and not someone from a neighboring community. This is not only important for community support, but when repairs are needed, they can arrive quickly and get the job done. Don't be fooled by a company that is new to the area and doesn't have the experience or manufacture's support. Call Garwood's, you won't be disappointed.
